Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate Sit down, electric pallet jack , and reach forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in designated areas.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping accurate records of materials moved.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
