Forklift Operator

Will be operating sit down forklift and will be moving heavy steel materials as in construction. will also ebe cross traing within the warehouse departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspects equipment for damages and notifies supervisor

Responsible for pulling and packing orders in a safe timely manner

Maintenance of inventory, which includes power washing and touchup of equipment

Participates in inventory management and counting at required

Understand all safety procedures. Ensure safe work practices are followed and maintain a safe work environment

Other duties as assigned

Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws

Requirements:

Work requires some physical effort in the handling of materials, boxes, or equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Regular work hours are planned as 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Additional hours may be required from time to time.

All work-related safety gear will be provided by the company
