Position Overview
The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, moving inventory within the warehouse, staging materials for production or shipping, and maintaining accurate tracking of materials handled. The ideal candidate prioritizes workplace safety, operates equipment confidently, and takes pride in maintaining an organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial vehicles
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse
- Prepare products for shipment, including verifying counts and inspecting for damage
- Accurately track and document materials handled
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, general labor, construction, or a related field preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
