Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $17.50 $18/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Summary
The Forklift Operator supports daily warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory operations. This position requires previous experience operating powered material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, dock stockers, cherry pickers, and/or sit-down forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify packing lists and purchase order information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Confirm item numbers, quantities, serial numbers, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Use RF/barcode scanners to track, receive, and move inventory.
- Identify and report inventory or shipment discrepancies using WMS exception reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability from dock to stock.
- Follow C-TPAT supply chain security and compliance procedures.
- Assist with shipping responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow established procedures, timelines, and supervisor instructions.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, such as reach truck or dock stocker.
- Previous forklift certification or experience operating reach trucks, dock stockers, and/or sit-down forklifts.
- RF scanner experience required.
- Strong math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to write legibly and complete warehouse documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments within established timelines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds; team lifting is required for items over 50 pounds.
