Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Newark, CA 94560
Assignment Length: THIS IS 3 WEEK ASSIGNMENT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION (8/26/2026 - 9/18/2026)
Scheduled Shifts: 12-hour shifts, either:
4: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM, or 4: 00 PM - 4: 00 AM, 6 DAYS A WEEK

Important Work Environment Information:
- This position is located at a site where an ongoing union strike is taking place.
- Employees will be required to report to a designated meeting location and be transported to the worksite.
- Candidates should be aware that there may be active picketing and strike-related activity outside the facility, which can create a less favorable or less peaceful environment when entering and exiting the site.
- Candidates must be comfortable working under these conditions and remain professional at all times.
- Driving a forklift, and lifting, weighing, stacking and moving 50 lb bags of product for about 75% of the shift.
- These may be moved by forklift .
- Good housekeeping to be always maintained.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.
- Load & receive truck and rail. Ensure the products meet specifications, and HACCP requirements.
- Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and working in small spaces.
- Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.
