Schedule: 3rd shift Mon- Fri 8pm-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products
• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or facility
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Assist with inventory control, including scanning, counting, and labeling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Read work orders, pick tickets, or shipping documents accurately
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

• Experienced with using manual tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
• Capable of Handling Heavy Loads: Continuously lift, carry, and stack bags of pet food (up to 50lbs) for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable with building pallets from the floor up.
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Must be light on their feet, with the ability to move quickly and safely throughout the warehouse.
• Must maintain high situational awareness and always stay alert to identify and respond to auditory and visual safety signals, such as forklift horns, back-up alarms, and verbal warnings.
• Ability to perceive and react immediately to environmental cues to ensure personal safety and the safety of the team in a heavy- machinery environment.
