Job Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products
- Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or facility
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Assist with inventory control, including scanning, counting, and labeling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read work orders, pick tickets, or shipping documents accurately
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams
- Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

- Experienced with using manual tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and RF scanners.
- Capable of Handling Heavy Loads: Continuously lift, carry, and stack bags of pet food (up to 50lbs) for the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable with building pallets from the floor up.
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be light on their feet, with the ability to move quickly and safely throughout the warehouse.
- Must maintain high situational awareness and always stay alert to identify and respond to auditory and visual safety signals, such as forklift horns, back-up alarms, and verbal warnings.
- Ability to perceive and react immediately to environmental cues to ensure personal safety and the safety of the team in a heavy- machinery environment.
