Forklift Operator

Westaff is looking for a 2nd shift warehouse forklift operator in the Norton, MA area for Immediate Start! 

2nd shift: 5:00pm-5:00am Tuesday-Saturday, Mondays may be included 

Pay: $23/hour 

Location: Norton, MA 

JOB DUTIES: 

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Receive, store, and ship finished goods and raw materials
• Verify incoming shipments and maintain accurate documentation
• Stage materials for production to ensure continuous operation
• Transport materials to and from production lines
• Move finished products to designated storage or shipping locations
• Follow all safety, food safety, and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience operating forklifts, including Raymond reach trucks and/or counterbalance forklifts
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and inventory processes
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
