Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join a growing cold storage warehouse in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move, organize, and stage produce while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety in a temperature-controlled environment.

The ideal candidate has previous stand-up forklift experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse, and is comfortable working in cold storage conditions.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous stand-up forklift experience required
Comfortable working in a very cold storage environment for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize produce throughout the warehouse
Load and unload products safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment
Accurately place materials in designated warehouse locations
Assist with order pulling and inventory organization
Maintain accurate inventory and product placement
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Experience working in refrigerated or cold storage facilities
Order picking and inventory control experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in very cold temperatures for extended periods
Ability to safely operate stand-up forklifts while wearing required PPE
