Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Eligible for permanent placement after 520 hours

Looking for a clean, modern warehouse where you can put your forklift and order-picking experience to work?

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Forklift Operators / Order Pickers for a brand-new, climate-controlled facility in Ashland. You'll pick and stage orders, operate material-handling equipment, move inventory, and help prepare finished products for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Pick and stage inventory according to customer orders
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and order-picking equipment
• Move, stock, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load outgoing freight and unload incoming shipments
• Build, stack, shrink-wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
• Inspect, sort, and pack finished products as needed
• Maintain accurate product counts and organized work areas

What You'll Need

• Previous forklift, order picker, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to accurately follow orders, packing lists, and inventory counts
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and stay active throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
