Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Eligible for permanent placement after 520 hours

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Forklift Operators / Order Pickers for a brand-new, climate-controlled facility in Ashland. You'll pick and stage orders, operate material-handling equipment, move inventory, and help prepare finished products for shipment.
What You'll Do
- Pick and stage inventory according to customer orders
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and order-picking equipment
- Move, stock, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Load outgoing freight and unload incoming shipments
- Build, stack, shrink-wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Inspect, sort, and pack finished products as needed
- Maintain accurate product counts and organized work areas
What You'll Need
- Previous forklift, order picker, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to accurately follow orders, packing lists, and inventory counts
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and stay active throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team
