Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to handle materials, manage inventory, and support warehouse operations. This role involves loading, unloading, order picking, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for material transportation and placement
• Handle materials in accordance with warehouse procedures
• Manage and update inventory records accurately
• Maintain safety compliance in all forklift operations
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Complete necessary documentation related to materials and shipments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift operator certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proficient in forklift operation and warehouse safety practices
• Skilled in material handling and inventory control
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
