About the Role: This is a Temp to Hire role with the potential to be extended long-term based on performance. 

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour 

Available Shift Times: 1st Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities: This role combines responsibilities of Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up and clamp) inside the warehouse and performing general material handling duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient flow of goods from receiving through storage and outbound shipping.

Requirements:

• Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or clamp, as applicable)
• Load and unload trailers or containers
• Move pallets and materials to designated storage locations
• Assist in staging materials for production or outbound shipment
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as order picking, labeling, packing, and palletizing
• Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents
• 1+ year operating forklifts in a warehouse or yard environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory management
