About the Role:
Closets By Design Arizona is looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your work directly supports the delivery of beautiful, custom storage solutions to customers across the valley.



Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklift equipment to move, stack, and organize materials and inventory throughout the warehouse
•  unload delivery trucks and check off Materials being delivered
• Maintain accurate inventory by properly staging and storing products in designated locations
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment issues to management
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• help out in shop when needed

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification or operator license required
• 1+ years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
