We’re currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. If you have experience operating forklifts and a commitment to workplace safety, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator at GES, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our warehouse and recycling operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Safely operating forklifts to move pallets, electronic equipment, and materials. - Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently. - Transporting materials to designated warehouse, production, and shipping areas. - Staging and organizing pallets and materials properly. - Inspecting forklifts before each shift and reporting any safety concerns. - Following OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures. - Maintaining safe operating speeds and awareness around pedestrians and other equipment. - Assisting with receiving, shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations. - Keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. - Communicating with supervisors and team members to prioritize material movement. - Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - Previous forklift experience (required). - Forklift certification or willingness to complete company-required certification/training. - Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, production, or recycling (preferred). - Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse environment. - Physical ability to lift, move, bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. - Reliable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. - Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. - Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Work Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse role where you’ll work with forklifts, pallets, electronic equipment, recycling materials, and trucks. Our fast-paced environment requires a strong focus on safety and proper material handling.
