We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with forklift experience and a background in plastics manufacturing who is looking to grow with a stable company. The ideal candidate is bilingual, safety conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Support production operations while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Assist with machine operation and production processes.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Load, unload, and stage materials for production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Bilingual required.
Forklift certification required.
Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred, with injection molding or thermoforming experience being a strong plus.
Manufacturing or production experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
