This is what you'll need.

• Diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience
• Lift 50 pounds, stay on your feet
• Follow orders, stay safe, and check your gear
• Show up ready and work as a team
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials, including finished products and raw materials.
• Loading/Unloading: Load finished products onto trucks and unload incoming materials from containers.
• Warehouse Operations: Pick, pack, wrap, and label orders for shipment according to company specifications.
• Inventory Control: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory lot numbers.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and OSHA regulations, including maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on equipment (check fluids, etc.) and report defects.
