JB Tools is looking for a dependable, experienced Forklift Operator / Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team full-time. This is a hands-on role supporting daily receiving, put-away, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced small-business environment.



Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Position type: Full-time
Pay: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience



What You’ll Do

• 
  Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. 
• Unload inbound freight and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Receive products into our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Verify counts, SKU information, and paperwork during receiving.
• Put away inventory accurately and keep warehouse locations organized.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Work closely with receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping teammates.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Previous forklift / hi-lo experience is required.
• Current forklift or hi-lo certification/license is required.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is required.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using a warehouse management system for receiving.
• Ability to accurately count, inspect, and organize inventory.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled Monday–Friday shift.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work with others in a small-business environment.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse product as needed and work safely around equipment and inventory.
