Forklift Operator Opportunity

Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and experienced Forklift Operators for a reputable warehouse client located in Eagan, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals comfortable with forklift operation in a fast-paced, clean, and safety-focused environment.

Job Summary: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, staging, and transporting products throughout the warehouse. Accuracy, attention to safety, and professionalism are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Operate propane-powered sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Load/unload trucks and move freight within the warehouse
• Transport materials to staging, racking, or storage areas
• Use handheld scanners for inventory tracking
• Maintain clean, organized work zones
• Follow supervisor instructions and site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Basic use of scanners and inventory systems
• English communication skills required
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Schedule & Hours: This position requires availability on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and on Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are scheduled off days.
