Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Adecco is hiring experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the production and warehouse areas while supporting daily operations and production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and transport materials
Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods as needed
Receive, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and safety
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience required
Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
