We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist I to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks: picking and staging customer orders on the shipping dock, counting and cross checking all orders that are staged for next day delivery, replenishment of the warehouse picking locations, cleaning of the warehouse and individual picking locations, and other tasks deemed necessary by Management.
Pick, pack, palletize, and stage customer orders for shipment.
Verify order accuracy through counting and cross-checking before shipment.
Load and unload trailers following established safety procedures.
Replenish warehouse picking locations and maintain inventory accuracy.
Operate stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Receive incoming shipments and accurately store products in designated locations.
Process product returns, inspect returned items, and complete required documentation.
Prepare parcel shipments using carrier systems and shipping tools.
Audit shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organize work areas following 5S standards.
Follow GMP, safety regulations, and company procedures at all times.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to meet daily shipping and operational goals.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
Current forklift certification (stand-up forklift experience preferred).
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Experience with Oracle warehouse systems.
Certification or experience operating an electric pallet jack.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
