forklift operator to support daily production and material handling operations in their shipping department.
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
- Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials and finished products
- Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
- Inspect forklift equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned
Requirements- Prior forklift experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Strong attendance and reliable transportation
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
