Location Lacombe, LA

Pay Rate: $18.85 per hour

Schedule: Rotating Shift | 6PM to 6AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous forklift experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Forklift certification or ability to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to inspect products for damage and verify load accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS safety standards preferred

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and product type
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage, infestation, and product accuracy
• Verify load counts, stability, product codes, and shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required warehouse documentation
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Change forklift batteries or LP tanks and monitor equipment performance
• Assist with physical inventories and inventory control activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by management
