We have the most talented team of knowledgeable people who work together to deliver on our promise of integrity, strength and innovation.Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time **Fork Lift Operator** to join our team in **El Reno, Oklahoma** .**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ·+ Operate forklift(s) and overhead crane.+ Retrieving supplies and materials, locating and verifying tools and materials; move material to assigned location safely.+ Load and unload outgoing and incoming jobs.+ Clearing production area by securing and moving finished tools and pallets.+ Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment.+ Clean and service forklifts.+ Follow established safety policies and procedures.+ Required to be on call when scheduled.+ Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.**Education/Experience**+ High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.+ 1 year of forklift experience preferred.+ Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.**Knowledge/Skills/abilities** ·+ Knowledge of how equipment is organized to ensure proper storage and shipping.+ Skilled in operating equipment capable of carrying heavy and wide loads.+ Familiarity withy handling heavy, oversized or irregular loads (pipe, equipment, pallets, etc.)+ Strong attention to detail when handling tickets, load lists or inventory+ Complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.+ Good communication and troubleshooting skills.+ Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.**Outstanding Benefits:**+ Medical, Dental and Vision+ Matching 401(k) Plan+ Personal Time Off (PTO)+ 100% company paid Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), and Basic Life Insurance.Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights ( notice from the Department of Labor.
