Location: Jasper, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Position OverviewSpotlight Staff is seeking experienced and safety-minded Forklift Operators to join a busy industrial yard in Jasper, TN. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors and have experience handling long, heavy, or loose materials in a fast-paced environment. Operators will be responsible for moving steel pipe and other materials throughout the yard while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift in an outdoor industrial environment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize steel pipe and loose materials throughout the yard.
• Transport materials to designated staging and storage areas.
• Operate equipment on dirt, gravel, and uneven terrain with caution and precision.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient yard layout.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards.
• Support additional yard and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Experience handling steel pipe, long materials, or loose materials is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable operating equipment on rough or uneven surfaces.
• Prior experience in steel manufacturing, construction, industrial, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a solid work ethic are essential.
