The Forklift Operator / Material Handler role supports warehouse activities to ensure timely manufacturing processes in a safe and respectful manner. This third-shift position (Sunday-Thursday, 9:30pm-5:30am) involves operating equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet riders for loading, unloading, stock racking, and supplying assembly lines.
Responsibilities include completing receiving transactions with Inventory Management Software, handling materials up to 20 feet high, managing inventory with RF scanners, inspecting equipment for safety, training new employees, and maintaining organized workstations.
Other duties may be assigned as needed. The role requires passing a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, with testing conducted according to legal standards. A negative result is mandatory for employment, and refusal or positive results may disqualify candidates.
