Forklift Operator

Location: Sunnyvale, TX
Pay: $19.00/hour

Ascend Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators in Sunnyvale, TX. This position is responsible for receiving and moving products, operating warehouse equipment, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring merchandise is handled safely and accurately.

• $19.00 per hour

• Weekly pay

1st Shift: 5:00 AM1:00 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM9:00 PM

Schedule: MondayFriday
Weekends Off

• Receive and unload pallets and products

• Perform general labor duties as required

• Move items throughout the warehouse

• Carefully handle fragile merchandise

• Track and document shipment arrival and departure times

• Categorize and label merchandise according to size, shape, and type

• Prepare orders for shipment

• Record and manage damaged or impaired merchandise

• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts

• Enter data into inventory and logistics software

• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipping

• Promptly report mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor

• Warehouse experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Solid work history demonstrating reliability

• Ability to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts

• Ability to regularly lift 30+ pounds

• Basic computer skills for inventory logs and databases

• Excellent attendance and stable work history

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
