Forklift Operator

Location: Tracy, CA
Pay: $23/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for material handling, inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily material flow, including receiving, issuing, and organizing inventory to meet installation and service timelines
• Monitor material requirements and order schedules, tracking progress and helping ensure on-time fulfillment
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in initial investigations of safety and quality incidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and carts
• Prepare outbound shipments using proper packaging and handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards and PPE requirements
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other tools to complete tasks and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Experience using technology such as handheld scanners, laptops, Microsoft Office, and data systems
• Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, and ability to meet performance goals
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Monday – Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM
