Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator III - US

Duration: 5+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301

Pay Rate: $22.03/hour on W2

Shift Timing:

• Must be able to work all shifts:- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Important Information

• Training will be conducted on the day shift for 2–3 weeks.
• No fixed schedule. This is a union site, and temporary workers are assigned to shifts based on business needs.
• Must be fully cleared before starting.
• Interviews are required.

Job Summary

• Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility.
• Safely operate a forklift or roll grab while performing warehouse and plant-related tasks.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures.
• Learn manufacturing processes, operate equipment, and contribute to production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other manufacturing equipment.
• Follow work instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse and production operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 2+ years of experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
