Forklift Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Forklift Operator to support daily material handling operations at our client's Vacaville, CA facility. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience operating forklifts, managing warehouse inventory, and following GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (sit down, stand up, reach truck, pallet jack) to move, load, and unload materials.
• Perform inbound and outbound material handling, staging, and storage.
• Follow all safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and facility procedures.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system entries.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Safely handle pallets, drums, totes, and production materials.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and production teams.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• Additional warehouse or safety training (preferred).
• 1 3 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling practices.
• Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems (preferred).
• GMP or pharma adjacent experience (preferred but not required)
