Location Wapakoneta, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and production documents
• Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to maintain records and complete production documentation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, store, and deliver materials throughout the facility
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Stage materials for production and ensure stock is available for machine operators
• Remove finished goods from production lines and store them in designated locations
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations in both physical and computer systems
• Complete inventory, production, safety, and quality documentation accurately
• Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and on schedule
• Assist fellow forklift operators and provide backup support for shipping operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
