Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Load and unload vehicles such as trucks, vans, flat beds trucks, box trucks or tractor -trailers.<\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>
  • Mark incoming freight appropriately.<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • Move freight around yard and warehouse using a forklift or other moving equipment.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      • Complete freight paperwork accurately and timely.<\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Ensure that freight is loaded, unloaded, palatalized and marked appropriately.<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
          • Assist customers as necessary.<\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul>
            • Consistently follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings.<\/span>

              • Forklift Certification preferred but not required<\/span>

                Physical and Mental Demands:<\/span><\/b>
                <\/div>

                • Must be able to push or pull heavy loads (up to 200 pounds)<\/span>
                  <\/li><\/ul>
                  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds<\/span>
                    <\/li><\/ul>
                    • Must be able to operate all equipment in a warehouse which may include grasping, climbing, bending, handling, reaching, hand dexterity, feeling/touching and repetitive motions of the hands and feet<\/span>
                      <\/li><\/ul>
                      • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time<\/span>
                        <\/li><\/ul>
