  • Operate forklifts safely and in compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for truck loading, unloading, and freight receiving.
  • Accurately move, stage, and store products in assigned warehouse locations to maintain organization and inventory accuracy.
  • Complete all required shipping and receiving documentation accurately and on time.
  • Ensure proper product rotation of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with company rotation procedures.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, participating in scheduled cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations.
  • Follow all customer specifications, quality standards, and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Assist with special projects or additional warehouse tasks as assigned by management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward coworkers and other departments to support a strong, collaborative company culture.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years previous warehouse experience required; with experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred.
  • Experience working with aluminum cans preferred
  • Required to fully comply with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures and Food Safety Management requirements.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, read and comprehend instructions and procedures in English.
  • Required to be forklift certified by Krier Foods, Inc. before operating any company owned forklift.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high sense of urgency and be proactive in addressing problems as they arise.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Must attain Food Safety Training (Qualified Individual)
