Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

About the Role
Norbeck Technologies is hiring Forklift Operators / Warehouse Specialists to execute order pick/pack/ship operations at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center in Pueblo, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship federal publications and products using warehouse management software.
- Safely operate forklifts, stock pickers, scissor lifts, and material handling equipment (MHE).
- Load/unload freight trucks and restock warehouse bins according to SOPs.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse and forklift operation experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain/maintain MHE certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Certified & Trained
