Forklift Operator / Warehouseman
Job Location: Benicia, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:30am-2:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Forklift Operator and working in a warehouse? Our client is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic warehouse team. This is a temp to hire opportunity with the potential to become a long-term position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
- Pick, palletize, wrap, and stage customer orders using a provided picklist
- Verify orders for accuracy and ensure products are prepared correctly
- Perform quality checks on orders picked by other team members
- Safely load and unload box trailers from a loading dock
- Load and unload flat-bed trailers from ground level
- Move and store products manufactured onsite
- Accurately place pallets of materials into warehouse racking
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well-established manufacturing company in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous forklift operating experience is required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred
- Experience with stock picking and order pulling is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Safety-conscious approach to warehouse operations
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift and handle 30–35 pounds
