Position: Sit Down Forklift Operator
City: Rialto, CA
Range of Pay: $17.75-$18.00
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday from 4:00am-12:30pm Must be open to OT
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
The Sit-Down Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move Beverage and other materials within the warehouse. This role supports the receiving, stocking, and shipping of products, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit down forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and Beverage.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operations.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking products in designated areas.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the correct quantity and quality of product is loaded and ready for transport.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper handling of products and materials.
- Support general warehouse operations, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining an orderly work area.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Sit-Down Forklift experience.
- Must be able to stand or walk up to 10+ hours
- Must have a valid forklift certification or willing to obtain one upon hire
- Must be able to bend and twist neck and waist 5-10 hours
- Must have Steal toes boots
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
