Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for moving materials efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory tracking and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Operate a forklift to push, pull, lift, stack and move materials throughout the warehouse
  
• 
  Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
  
• 
  Track and update material locations using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  
• 
  Load and unload transport vehicles while ensuring product quality
  
• 
  Assist with inventory, sampling, and general warehouse duties as needed
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergency situations
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Forklift experience highly preferred (certification a plus)
  
• 
  Warehouse experience preferred
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Ability to count inventory and read scales
  
• 
  Comfortable operating equipment in tight or confined spaces
  
• 
  Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  
• 
  Mechanically inclined with strong safety awareness
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
  
• 
  Ability to perform repetitive motions
  
• 
  Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions including temperature changes
  

Work Environment & Gear

• 
  Steel-toe, over-the-ankle boots required (employee provided)
  
• 
  PPE provided: hard hat, gloves, safety vest and eyewear
  
• 
  Must wear appropriate work attire (durable pants, sleeved shirts, no loose clothing)
  

Additional Information

• 
  Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
  
• 
  Overtime and extended hours may be required during peak seasons
  
• 
  Strict adherence to safety, electronic device and workplace policies required
  
• 
  Food and drink are not permitted in work areas
