Forklift Operator — Urgently hiring in Marysville!

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Hours: 1st & 3rd shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM & 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll help safely move materials, support production, and keep our warehouse running efficiently. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure materials are staged, loaded, unloaded, and transported accurately to meet production goals.

What You’ll Do
As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Safely operate a forklift and/or riding pallet jack within a manufacturing environment
  • Move, stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, packaging supplies, and pallets
  • Support production and packaging by maintaining a steady material flow
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending tasks as needed
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report any safety or mechanical issues promptly
  • Accurately complete production logs, check sheets, and other required documentation
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
  • Lift and move materials up to 55 lbs. periodically throughout your shift

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 6–12 months of forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete required documentation
