Forklift Operators

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in the Pendergrass, GA area. Candidates will operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and/or Cherry Pickers to move, store, and distribute materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Cherry Pickers safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, or Cherry Pickers preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
