Job Title: Forklift/Order Puller
Department: Shipping & Receiving
Pay: $13.50

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and finished goods for accuracy and quality.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to load, unload, transport, stage, and stock materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Pull customer orders accurately according to pick tickets, work orders, or shipping documentation while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging finished products.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipping records.
  • Complete finished goods transactions, receiving documentation, and inventory audit trails.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are handled safely to prevent damage.
  • Weight Requirement of 50lbs max
  • Verify order accuracy prior to shipment by scanning products and confirming quantities, lot numbers, and locations when applicable.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures while operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Communicate with Shipping, Receiving, Production, and other departments regarding material movement and shipment needs.
  • Report damaged materials, equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
