Description for Forklift Production Laborer:
Safely operate 5,000-lb standard sit-down forklifts both indoors and outdoors across the active yard.
Balance, transport, and load long structural pipe lines measuring between 16 to 24 feet in length.
Load and unload incoming flatbeds and commercial transit trucks cleanly with zero shortcuts.
Assist with active production lines by scoping pipe for specs and building heavy shipping crates.
Maintain a highly organized work area, remove material debris, and strictly follow all plant safety rules.
Details for Forklift Production Laborer:
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:00 AM
Location: Chehalis, WA.
Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.
Requirements for Forklift Production Laborer:
Prior verifiable experience safely operating sit-down forklifts inside a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Preferred: Background handling long or heavy industrial materials safely (lumber, steel, pipe lines).
Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor, stand all shift, bend, and lift 50–75 lbs consistently.
A proactive, safety-minded work ethic and high situational awareness around heavy machinery.
Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
