Forklift Production Operator
Job Location: Benicia, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $26-27/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Production Operator with forklift experience? We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused individual to join the team. The Production Operator plays a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in compliance with all company standards, procedures, and specifications. The Production Operator is responsible for supporting daily production activities, maintaining safety standards, operating equipment, and assisting with inventory and workflow coordinator. This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and follow all pedestrian and equipment safety guidelines
- Verify paperwork, materials, quantities, batch numbers, and QC approvals for accuracy
- Assist with inventory management, counts, and material tracking
- Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and properly calibrated
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and daily team upkeep

You will be supporting a well-established company that specializes in bridge deck repair in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of production or related industry experience
- Prior forklift experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and efficiently
- Basic math skills, including use of calculators and simple algebra
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs continuously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
