Description: Reach Truck Operator - 1st Shift Location: Bolingbrook, IL Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift 6AM-2.30PM Position Summary Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our client's warehouse team in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is responsible for safely operating Raymond Reach Trucks, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting order fulfillment while maintaining high safety and productivity standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate Raymond Reach Trucks to move and store inventory. Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders when required. Operate RF scanners to track and verify inventory. Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Meet productivity and performance expectations. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks is required. Steel-toe boots are required. Basic English communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
