Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking Reach Truck Operators to join our client's team in Bolingbrook, IL!

This is a full-time opportunity on the following shifts with competitive pay and long-term career growth:

1st Shift, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$20.00/Hr.

2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
$21.00/Hr.

Job Duties May Include:

• Operating Raymond Reach Trucks

• Moving and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse

• Picking, packing, and staging orders as needed

• Operating RF scanners and warehouse equipment

• Performing quality checks and following work instructions

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience on Raymond Reach Trucks required

• Steel-toe boots required

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Basic English communication skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Additional Information:

• Direct hire eligibility after 720 hours worked

• $1.50/hour pay increase upon direct hire

• Lockers provided

• Overtime may be mandatory during peak season
