SUMMARY
A Snowbird Server is expected tomaintainSnowbird’s values by performing all required duties in a friendly and professional manner to guests and team members.A Server's responsibility isattending todiners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for theirmeals. They also ensure thetimelydelivery of food and beverages bychecking ontheir tables periodically throughout the service time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
Assistwith setting table to restaurant standards
Present menu and specials to each table
Deliver food
Resolve guest concerns and questions
Review receipts andassistguests with transactions
Help other restaurant positions as needed
Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Assistin restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies
Follow all health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Assistwith opening and closing duties as needed
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Great listening, speaking, and presentation skills
Multitask isa must
Strong organizational skills
Job experience is a plus
Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification
21 years of age
A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
WORK SCHEDULE
Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays. Schedules vary based on business levels.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to liftand carry up to25lbs
Must bend and reach whilesetting tables, clearing dishes
Must be able to stand forlong periodsof time
Must be able to navigate a busy environment, with loud noises
Work weekends and holidays depending on business levels
Stay overnight in case of road closures
