Based in: Windsor Locks, CT

Hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM

Pay: $22–$26 per hour | Benefits begin on your first day

Your impact

• Keep forklifts and material handling equipment in top shape with thorough PMs and precise repairs.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and safely.
• Execute safety inspections; uphold standards and best practices.
• Maintain detailed service records and parts usage to support fleet reliability.
• Work alongside a supportive team to drive process improvements and uptime.
• Deliver clear updates to customers on repair status and recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging forklift technologies and tools.

Skills and background

• Hands-on experience as a forklift or industrial equipment technician.
• Strong mechanical reasoning with proven troubleshooting ability.
• Comfort with electrical diagnostics and hydraulic systems.
• Reliable as an individual contributor and as a teammate.
• Great communicator with a customer-first approach.
• Valid driver’s license and safe forklift operation.
• Technical certification in forklift repair is a plus.

Experience specifics

• 1–2 years entering PMs and work orders in a computerized maintenance/asset system.
• Experience with Crown, Raymond, and Toyota lift trucks is a plus.
• Applicants with automotive or wheeled-army mechanics experience are encouraged to apply.
