Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a large warehouse operation in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and load inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations.

The ideal Forklift Driver is safety-focused, dependable, and has a strong background operating sit-down forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Experience loading, unloading, and staging materials
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality REQUIRED
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
Move, stage, and organize inventory for shipping and receiving operations
Load and unload materials from trucks and storage locations
Safely transport EV batteries and other warehouse inventory according to established procedures
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities
Verify materials are moved to the correct locations and maintain inventory accuracy
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Support warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large warehouse or distribution environments
Shipping and receiving experience
Inventory control or material handling experience
Forklift certification preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment
Work Environment
Large warehouse and distribution facility
Fast-paced operation supporting shipping and receiving activities
Frequent forklift operation and material movement
Exposure to warehouse equipment, inventory, and varying work demands
PPE required as designated by company safety policies
