Responsibilities include:
- Assess workflow and inventory: Empty trash, remove empty carts and replace with full carts as needed by production team, move discards to baling area.
- Processing: Keep back lot clean of debris. Process furniture to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area for safety and efficient production; provide our customers and team members with a hazard free environment.
- Regularly support production in processing targets as assigned by production manager and review results and discusses opportunity improvements
Traits and Requirements:
- Must have forklift experience and be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Eye-hand coordination to sort, grasp, color coordinate, and tag
- Ability to read and write
Physical Skill Requirements:
- Lifting and Carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, Reaching, Pushing and Pulling
- Repetitive use of hands
- Bending and crouching-
- Grasping items with hands
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to dust-ongoing continual basis
- Exposure to temperature fluctuations periodically

- Flexible with scheduling changes due to store needs and sales events
