QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and forklift operating experience.
  • Experience operating Toyota – single/double, sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment.
  • RF Scanner experience preferred.
  • OSHA Forklift Certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual
  • English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer and math skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow detailed instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse functions and work overtime as needed

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently is required.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • This position may be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed.
  • Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance is required.

Employment Type & Compensation

  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials.
  • Pick, pack, inspect, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity goals.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, verify product quantities, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Safely stack pallets and store materials in designated warehouse locations while following inventory control procedures.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, report maintenance needs, and immediately communicate safety, quality, or production concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation while following all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
