Forklift Warehouse Worker

Location: Houston, TX 77095
Pay:$19.00–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available based on business needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring an experienced Forklift Warehouse Worker for a respected, employee-owned company in Houston. If you have forklift experience, strong warehouse computer system skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
• Load, unload, stock, and organize materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Use RF scanners and warehouse computer systems to process inventory and shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• 2+ years of forklift operating experience required
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong experience using warehouse computer systems and RF scanners is required
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or shipping systems
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
