Forman in Asphalt & Concrete

About the Role:

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate asphalt and concrete projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on job sites
• Manage and train crew members to enhance productivity and quality
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project
• Prepare daily reports on project status and resource allocation
• Assist in the scheduling and planning of upcoming projects
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience in asphalt and concrete construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
