Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Forming Machine Operator Description:

• Load, operate, and adjust multi-slide stamping/forming machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., uncoiler, leveler, feeder)

• Set up and operate slide forming production machines (Zub and Bihler brand experience a plus)

• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality

• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines and tools

• Install and remove dies and tooling

• Conduct quality checks and record inspection results per SOPs

• Clear jams and make machine adjustments as needed

• Read blueprints and interpret metric specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

• Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors

• High School Diploma or GED required
